Sue is the Company Director and has been at the helm of Mendip Mobility for nearly 20 years. With extensive industry experience and a clear vision for the business, she has played a key role in shaping the company into the trusted provider it is today. Originally from Zimbabwe, Sue and her husband, Gerry, love travelling and have been fortunate enough to visit many countries around the world. No matter where their adventures take them, they always enjoy returning to their roots in Zimbabwe to spend quality time with family and friends.
Jason is our Director and General Manager, based at the Street branch. Having grown up within the family business, he combines extensive technical knowledge with hands-on experience as our Lead Technician and powerchair specialist. His expertise and commitment to finding the right solutions help ensure customers receive outstanding advice, service and aftercare. Jason loves spending time with his family, music festivals, boating and DIY.
Helen is our Business Development and Community Engagement Lead. Since joining Mendip Mobility in 2021 as a Product Specialist, she has established herself as a highly knowledgeable expert, combining in-depth product expertise with extensive practical experience. Passionate about building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions, Helen works in the community and is based at the Street branch. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music and keeping fit.
Natasha is the Manager at our Street branch. Since joining Mendip Mobility in 2024, she has developed an in-depth knowledge of our products and brings a wealth of managerial experience, ensuring the branch is run efficiently and to the highest standards, with outstanding customer service at the heart of everything she does. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time with her bunnies.
Sally joined Mendip Mobility in 2024 as the Manager of our Trowbridge branch. With a wealth of sales experience and excellent customer service skills, she combines exceptional product knowledge with a genuine passion for helping customers stay healthy, independent and mobile. Outside of work, Sally loves spending time with her family and enjoys cheering on her grandchildren at football matches and dance competitions.
Claire has recently joined the Mendip Mobility family and is the Manager of our Bridgwater branch. With a strong understanding of the business and a passion for supporting customers, Claire brings a warm and approachable style to her role, ensuring the branch continues to deliver the high standards of service our customers expect. Outside of work, Claire enjoys listening to country music and spending time with her family, whether that’s enjoying time on their boat, camping, reading or keeping active with a workout.
Karen is the newest member of our team. She is the Retail Lead at our Yeovil Branch and brings many years of retail management experience, along with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading successful teams. With a proven track record of consistently achieving outstanding mystery shop scores, she’s delighted to be back in a retail role that really suits her skills and experience.
Outside of work, Karen loves spending quality time with her family and making special memories with her grandchildren.
Steve joined Mendip Mobility in 2026 as an In-Store and Mobile Technician, based at our Street branch. With a practical, hands-on approach and a wealth of local knowledge, Steve brings a reliable and solutions-focused attitude to supporting our customers both in- store and out on the road. Having lived and worked in the local area all his life, he has a strong connection to the community he now helps to support. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time in wildlife, open fields, and walking in the countryside with his best mate “The Woofer”.
Alex joined Mendip Mobility in 2026 as a Mobile Technician. Based at our Street branch, he spends much of his time out on the road, helping customers stay mobile through servicing, repairs and our call-out service across Somerset. Currently expanding his technical knowledge and skills, Alex is committed to developing his expertise while providing friendly, reliable support to every customer. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the trumpet and being involved in anything to do with music.
Lee joined Mendip Mobility in 2025, bringing valuable industry experience from his previous role with MedEquip. Based at our Street branch, he is one of our Motability assessors and spends much of his time out on the road, helping customers stay mobile through servicing, repairs and our call-out service across Somerset. Always keen to expand his technical knowledge and skills, Lee is committed to providing reliable, professional support. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing tennis, discovering great food and travelling with his partner.
Archie joined Mendip Mobility in 2025 and has quickly established himself as our In-Store Technician and Sales Assistant. With a real drive to develop his technical understanding, he has become a valued member of the team, combining strong problem- solving skills with a friendly and approachable attitude towards customer service. Outside of work, Archie enjoys acting, playing golf, go-karting and spending time with his family and his dog.
Anthony, better known to customers and colleagues as “Anff”, joined Mendip Mobility in 2021 and is the Technician based at our Trowbridge branch. Whether he’s helping customers in-store or out on the road, Anff is known for his dedication, friendly approach and cheerful personality, always going the extra mile to keep customers mobile with a smile. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, tinkering with cars and gaming.
