Yet again the team at Street have come up trumps. I needed to swap my mobility scooter for a newer more lighter one. They couldn't have been more helpful. Added to the fact that there was no battery charger docking with it and I bought it so I could charge the battery in house  they ordered one straight away and provided it free of charge. I am in my late 40's and never envisioned myself needing a mobility scooter, however after an accident I now find myself in a position where I find it difficult to walk long distances, after struggling along Street high street with a wheeled walker we came across Mendip mobility, one of the team was outside and we began talking about scooters and my embarrassment of having to need one, well I needn't have worried the gentleman put me at my ease, being larger they helped with selecting what was right for me, they let me try them out so that I was comfortable, who knew they could all be so different, needless to say I now my own scooter and I can't thank Mendip mobility enough, you were so kind and for that I we be forever grateful as you have made my life so much easier.

As we were passing the Street Mendip Mobility shop we called in for some advice on a wheelchair that had recently been purchased elsewhere. We were met with a very friendly response which lead to adjustments being made to the wheelchair to substantially improve its usability. We would recomend Mendip Mobility to any potential customer as the staff were both helpful, knowledgable and willing to spend time to discuss and identify the issues and come up with a solution to our problems.
